Football Quiz
A free football trivia game. Answer questions against the clock, keep your streak alive, and see how much you really know about the sport.
How the game works
Football Quiz asks you a series of multiple-choice questions drawn from a large pool covering clubs, players, competitions, transfers and football history. Each question comes with a countdown, so you cannot look anything up — either you know it or you commit to your best guess.
Questions are shuffled every round, which means two runs are never the same and memorising an order will not help you. The pool is deep enough that repeats are rare within a single session, so a good score genuinely reflects football knowledge rather than practice at the quiz itself.
Correct answers build a streak, and the streak is where the real scoring happens. A run of confident answers is worth considerably more than the same number of correct answers scattered between mistakes, so the game rewards steady accuracy over lucky guessing.
Your best result is saved to the leaderboard, so you can measure yourself against other players rather than only against your own previous attempts. Signing in is what stores your score; without an account you can still play every question freely.

Tips and strategy
- Answer early when you are sure. The clock is part of the challenge, and hesitating on a question you already know costs you time you will want later.
- Eliminate before you guess. Most questions have at least one option that is clearly wrong. Cutting it turns a blind guess into a much better one.
- Protect the streak. Because consecutive correct answers are worth more, a careful answer on a shaky question is often better than a fast one.
- Do not dwell on a miss. A wrong answer is one question; losing focus for the next three is what actually ends a good run.
- Play regularly. The question pool is broad, so repeated rounds naturally expose you to areas of football you know less well.
